How can I pay my bill?

You can visit our office, call our office at (210) 226-5344, mail in your payment or pay on our website.  

To pay your bill online, follow these steps:
1. Access our website at
2. Click on Current Customers from the drop-down select View and Pay my Bill
3. Log in to your account. The 1st time you log in your Customer # and Password will be your Culligan Account Number
4. Check the box I’m not a robot
5. Click Register
6. It will ask you for exact information as per your Culligan Account
7. Click Register

Once you have logged in, you may change your password and pay.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, Check, Money Order, and Cash.

Where can I get the manual for the equipment installed in my home/office?

You can retrieve the manual from the Help Guide on our website, under Manuals & Videos, or by calling our office at (210) 226-5344.
